Recite the Sunder Kand and Shree Hanuman Chalisa to seek his divine blessings. The devotees can also recite mantras like "ॐ हं हनुमते नमः, ॐ हनुमते रुद्रात्मकाय हुँ फट्," and "ॐ नमो भगवते आञ्जनेयाय महाबलाय स्वाहा." Offer boondi laddoo or besan ke laddoo to him as Bhog. Conclude the Puja with Hanuman ji’s aarti.

The fasting rules include avoiding grains and eating satvik food. Avoid garlic, onion, and tamasic foods. It is also essential to maintain purity and cleanliness throughout the day.
