OVERVIEW

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered on AstroKavach, operated by SHIV SHAKTI ASTRO SERVICES LLP ("AstroKavach", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

AstroKavach provides astrology‑related services that are belief‑based, personalised, time‑bound, and/or digitally processed, including AI‑generated interpretations, human consultations, reports, online poojas, and spiritual products. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are limited and conditional. By placing an order or availing any service, the user acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, subject to verification by AstroKavach, and do not apply automatically. Refunds may be eligible in the following cases:

• A technical failure or platform error attributable solely to AstroKavach that prevents delivery of the paid service
• Duplicate payment for the same service due to a verified payment gateway or banking error
• Service not initiated due to unavailability or cancellation by AstroKavach

All refund requests are subject to internal review, validation, and approval.

NON‑REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are strictly non‑refundable, once initiated, processed, or delivered:

• Personalised astrology reports, kundli or birth chart reports
• AI‑generated interpretations or responses
• Live or completed consultations via chat, call, or video
• Online pooja or group pooja services once scheduled or initiated
• Services affected due to incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the user
• Dissatisfaction arising from perceived lack of accuracy, effectiveness, or expected outcome

AstroKavach does not guarantee results, and refunds shall not be issued on the basis of belief‑based dissatisfaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Processing

A user may request cancellation only before a service enters the "processing" stage, such as:

• Assignment to a service provider
• Initiation of AI computation
• Scheduling of a pooja or consultation

Cancellation requests must be raised within one (1) hour of successful payment by contacting customer support. Approval of such cancellation is at the sole discretion of AstroKavach.

Cancellation After Processing

Once a service has been processed, scheduled, or delivered, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted, except where required under applicable law.

REFUND PROCESSING TIMELINES

• Approved refunds are processed within 7‑10 business days
• Refunds are generally credited to the AstroKavach wallet, unless otherwise required by law
• Any applicable payment gateway, bank, transaction, or service charges may be deducted, except in cases of duplicate payment

AstroKavach shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external financial institutions.

QUALITY REVIEW & AUDIT RIGHTS

By requesting a refund, the user expressly consents to AstroKavach reviewing relevant records, including:

• Chat transcripts
• Call or video recordings
• AI interaction logs
• Transaction and service delivery records

Such review is conducted solely to determine refund eligibility and ensure service quality.

PRODUCT REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

For physical products (such as gemstones or spiritual items), if a user is not satisfied with a gemstone purchased from AstroKavach, the user may request a return within five (5) days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The gemstone must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging
• The return request must be raised within the stipulated timeframe with valid proof of delivery
• Return eligibility shall be verified by AstroKavach

Upon successful verification, AstroKavach may, at its discretion and in accordance with its Refund & Cancellation Policy, process a replacement or refund. No returns or refunds shall be accepted for reasons relating to perceived lack of astrological effectiveness, belief‑based dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or spiritual outcomes.

NO CASH REFUNDS

AstroKavach does not provide cash refunds unless mandated by law. Refunds, where applicable, are issued through the original payment method or wallet‑based credit.

FINAL DECISION AUTHORITY

All refund and cancellation decisions made by AstroKavach shall be final and binding, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
