This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products offered on AstroKavach, operated by SHIV SHAKTI ASTRO SERVICES LLP (“AstroKavach”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Policy must be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

General Policy Overview

AstroKavach provides astrology-related services that are belief-based, personalised, time-bound, and digitally processed, including:

• AI-generated interpretations
• Human consultations
• Personalised reports
• Online poojas
• Spiritual products

Due to the nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are limited and conditional. By placing an order or availing any service, the user agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances and are subject to verification and approval.

Refunds may be eligible in the following cases:

• Technical failure or platform error attributable solely to AstroKavach preventing service delivery
• Duplicate payment due to verified banking or payment gateway error
• Service not initiated due to cancellation or unavailability by AstroKavach

All refund requests are subject to internal review and validation.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated, processed, or delivered:

• Personalised astrology reports, kundli or birth chart reports
• AI-generated interpretations or responses
• Live or completed consultations via chat, call, or video
• Online pooja or group pooja services once scheduled or initiated
• Services affected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
• Dissatisfaction based on perceived lack of accuracy or expected outcomes

AstroKavach does not guarantee results, and refunds shall not be issued due to belief-based dissatisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Processing

Users may request cancellation only before the service enters the processing stage, such as:

• Assignment to a service provider
• Initiation of AI computation
• Scheduling of a pooja or consultation

Cancellation requests must be raised within one (1) hour of successful payment by contacting customer support. Approval is at the sole discretion of AstroKavach.

Cancellation After Processing

Once a service has been processed, scheduled, or delivered, no cancellation or refund shall be permitted except where required by applicable law.

Refund Processing Timelines

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds are generally credited to the AstroKavach wallet unless otherwise required by law
• Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted (except duplicate payment cases)

AstroKavach is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Quality Review & Audit Rights

By requesting a refund, users consent to review of relevant service records including:

• Chat transcripts
• Call or video recordings
• AI interaction logs
• Transaction and delivery records

This review is conducted solely for refund eligibility verification and service quality control.

Product Refunds (If Applicable)

For physical products such as gemstones or spiritual items:

• Return request must be made within five (5) days from delivery
• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Valid proof of delivery must be provided

After verification, AstroKavach may process a replacement or refund at its discretion. No refund will be granted for belief-based dissatisfaction or spiritual expectations.

No Cash Refunds

AstroKavach does not provide cash refunds unless mandated by law. Refunds, where applicable, are issued through the original payment method or wallet credit.

Final Decision Authority

All refund and cancellation decisions made by AstroKavach shall be final and binding, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
