These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, services, content, and features available at www.astrokavach.com, including AI‑based interpretations, human astrology consultations, reports, and related spiritual services ("Services").
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform or any Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms (including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
The website www.astrokavach.com (the "Website") is an internet‑based digital platform operated and managed by SHIV SHAKTI ASTRO SERVICES LLP, having its presence on the World Wide Web, mobile applications, and other electronic or digital mediums. The Website provides users with access to astrology‑related content, information, reports, data, tools, and consultation facilities through text, audio, video, telephone, artificial intelligence systems, and electronic communication methods (collectively referred to as the "Content").
The Content and services made available on the Website include a combination of automated AI‑based interpretations and human astrology consultations, and may consist of horoscope analysis, Kundli or birth chart reports, numerology, tarot readings, vastu guidance, palmistry insights, gemstone‑related information, online pooja facilitation, AI chat interactions, and other belief‑based or spiritual offerings. The Content offered through the Website may be provided either as "Free Services", "Paid Services", or a combination of both (collectively referred to as the "Services").
Free Services may be accessed by users without registration, subject to limitations determined by the Website from time to time. However, to access personalised astrological services, advanced features, AI‑generated reports, human consultations, wallet‑based services, or any Paid Services, users are required to register as members on the Website ("Member"). Registration may require the submission of personal and contact information and verification through electronic means as specified on the Website.
By registering for and availing Paid Services on the Website, a Member expressly agrees and undertakes:
The Website reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Services if any information provided by a Member is found to be false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete, or if the Member violates these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy of the Website.
By accessing or using the AstroKavach website, the user confirms and agrees that they are 18 years of age or older and are competent to enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. AstroKavach shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse of the platform or services arising from use by any person, including a minor, who accesses the Website by misrepresenting their age. However, users are permitted to seek astrology‑related information or guidance concerning minors within their family, subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
To avail certain services offered on the Website, including personalised astrological services, AI‑generated reports, human consultations, wallet‑based services, or any Paid Services, users are required to register as members on the Website ("User" or "Member"). During registration, the User agrees to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information as requested in the sign‑up or onboarding process. All information provided at the time of registration and any subsequent updates thereto shall be collectively referred to as "Registration Data" under these Terms. An account on the Website may be created using the User's mobile number verified through OTP, email address, or other login credentials as permitted by the Website from time to time, including third‑party login options where enabled. By creating an account, the User represents and warrants that all Registration Data provided is accurate, current, and complete, and undertakes to maintain and update such information to ensure continued accuracy. Use of another user's account credentials, impersonation, or unauthorised access is strictly prohibited. If any Registration Data is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, AstroKavach reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User's account and restrict or refuse future access to the Website or Services, without prior notice.
The right to use the Website and its Services is personal to the User and is non‑transferable. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, OTPs, and account‑related information. The User shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account. AstroKavach shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to safeguard their account credentials. The User agrees to notify AstroKavach immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their account or breach of security and to log out of their account at the end of each session.
While availing services on the Website, the User acknowledges that certain services may be provided directly through the Website's automated systems, while others may be facilitated through independent third‑party service providers, including human astrologers. AstroKavach does not control or monitor the information exchanged by Users with third parties during consultations or interactions conducted through the platform, except as required for legal compliance, platform security, or quality assurance.
The User further understands and acknowledges that personal data, including payment‑related information such as debit card or credit card details transmitted over the internet, may be susceptible to risks such as misuse, hacking, theft, or fraud. While AstroKavach uses reasonable security measures and authorised payment gateways, it does not have control over external factors affecting internet transmissions, and shall not be held responsible for any such unauthorised interception or misuse beyond its reasonable control. AstroKavach does not permit use of its Services under the following circumstances:
AstroKavach reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this clause or any other provision of these Terms & Conditions.
The AstroKavach Website provides certain services that are made available through telecommunication modes, including voice calls, audio interactions, or other electronic communication methods, with independent astrology service providers listed and enrolled on the platform ("Service Providers"). By accepting these Terms & Conditions and using the Services, the User expressly provides unconditional consent to AstroKavach to arrange and facilitate calls or communications with the User on the mobile number provided by the User, even if such number is registered under a "Do Not Disturb" (DND) service with the User's telecom service provider. Such communication shall be limited to service delivery, account‑related, or legally permitted purposes.
AstroKavach may, at its sole discretion, offer a first free chat or call for a limited duration to certain users as part of promotional or onboarding initiatives. The duration and availability of such free interaction may vary among users and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued by AstroKavach at any time without prior notice. A "unique user" for the purposes of such offers may be determined based on factors such as mobile number, device identifiers, account credentials, or other reasonable parameters as determined by AstroKavach.
AstroKavach provides certain services through automated systems, software programs, algorithms, and artificial intelligence‑based tools ("AI‑Based Interaction"). These features may include AI chat responses, automated horoscope interpretations, birth chart analysis, numerology insights, tarot‑based references, spiritual guidance, and other astrology‑related content generated without direct human involvement.
By accessing or using any AI‑Based Interaction on the Website, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that such interactions are fully automated, generated on the basis of information voluntarily provided by the User and pre‑defined interpretative logic. The User provides unconditional consent to the processing of their inputs through AI systems for the purpose of generating astrology‑related outputs and understands that such processing may occur instantly and irreversibly.
AI‑Based Interactions provided on AstroKavach are informational, belief‑based, and indicative in nature. The User understands that AI‑generated outputs are subject to technical limitations, data dependency, interpretative variation, and inherent uncertainty. AstroKavach does not represent, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, relevance, reliability, or outcomes of any AI‑generated content and does not undertake to validate or correct such outputs before making them available to Users.
The User expressly acknowledges that AI‑Based Interactions do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, psychological, mental health, or therapeutic advice. Any decisions, actions, or conclusions drawn by the User based on AI‑generated content are made entirely at the User's own discretion and risk. AstroKavach shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences arising from reliance on AI‑Based Interactions.
AstroKavach acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator for AI‑Based Interactions and does not assume any responsibility for the personal interpretation, emotional impact, or subjective understanding of AI‑generated outputs by the User. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI features and reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any AI‑Based Interaction at any time without prior notice.
The User further agrees and understands that AI‑Based Interactions may involve backend processing, automated logging, temporary storage, and system‑level data handling that may not be reversible once initiated. Withdrawal of consent or deletion of an account shall not affect processing already completed or data retained for legal, security, audit, or compliance purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKavach disclaims all liability arising from the use of AI‑Based Interactions, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, emotional distress, loss, or damage of any nature. By using AI‑Based Interaction features, the User acknowledges and accepts the inherent limitations and risks associated with automated interpretation systems.
AstroKavach may provide access to an online Gemstone Marketplace through which users may view, select, and purchase gemstones and related spiritual products sold directly by AstroKavach. AstroKavach operates the Gemstone Marketplace as a digital commerce platform for the sale of such products; however, unless expressly stated otherwise, AstroKavach does not function as a certifying laboratory, scientific authority, or guarantor of astrological or spiritual outcomes associated with gemstones.
All information relating to gemstones, including but not limited to descriptions, astrological relevance, traditional benefits, suitability, quality, origin, weight, certification references, or recommended usage, is provided solely for informational, cultural, and belief‑based purposes. Such information may be derived from traditional astrological principles, industry references, or internal documentation. AstroKavach does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, or suitability of any gemstone for any particular individual, belief, purpose, or desired result.
Users expressly acknowledge and agree that the selection, purchase, and use of gemstones is undertaken voluntarily and at the user's sole discretion and risk. AstroKavach does not represent or guarantee that any gemstone will result in specific spiritual, astrological, personal, financial, health, or emotional outcomes. Any perceived benefit is inherently subjective, belief‑based, and influenced by individual faith, interpretation, and external factors beyond the control of AstroKavach.
While AstroKavach takes reasonable care in sourcing, handling, and describing gemstones offered for sale, natural variations in colour, texture, shape, inclusions, weight, or appearance are inherent to gemstones and shall not be construed as defects or misrepresentation. Images displayed on the platform are for illustrative purposes only.
AstroKavach may facilitate Online Pooja and Group Pooja services through the platform, either by coordinating with independent third‑party priests, temples, or service providers ("Pooja Service Providers") or through digital and virtual arrangements enabled via electronic communication and technology tools. These services may include, but are not limited to, performance of rituals, prayers, havans, homams, group poojas, special offerings, or spiritual ceremonies conducted remotely on behalf of users.
Users acknowledge and understand that Online Pooja and Group Pooja services are spiritual, religious, and belief‑based in nature. The performance, rituals, mantras, processes, and outcomes of such poojas are based on traditional practices, faith systems, and personal belief, and may vary depending on the service provider, method of performance, and individual interpretation. AstroKavach does not guarantee any specific result, benefit, outcome, or effectiveness from any Online Pooja or Group Pooja service.
AstroKavach acts solely as a technology facilitator and intermediary platform that enables users to request, schedule, or participate in Online Pooja services. The Company does not itself perform religious rituals unless expressly stated, and does not supervise, control, or direct the manner in which Pooja Service Providers conduct such ceremonies. All Pooja Service Providers operate in their independent capacity, and AstroKavach does not certify, endorse, or guarantee their religious authority, methods, or performance standards.
Any information, preferences, names, family details, sankalp details, or other inputs shared by users for the purpose of conducting poojas are provided voluntarily and at the user's discretion. Users are advised to ensure the accuracy of such information, as AstroKavach shall not be responsible for errors or dissatisfaction arising from incorrect or incomplete inputs provided by the user.
Users expressly acknowledge that once an Online Pooja or Group Pooja service is scheduled or initiated, the service is considered irrevocable and non‑reversible, as it involves real‑time or pre‑arranged ritual performance. Accordingly, cancellation, modification, or refund requests may be limited or unavailable once the pooja process has commenced, subject to AstroKavach's Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKavach disclaims all liability arising from Online Pooja or Group Pooja services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, emotional impact, perceived lack of effectiveness, delays, or variations in ritual performance. Any disputes, claims, or grievances relating to the conduct of a pooja shall be addressed directly with the respective Pooja Service Provider, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
AstroKavach reserves the right to modify, suspend, reschedule, or discontinue any Online Pooja or Group Pooja offering due to operational constraints, unavailability of service providers, force majeure events, or compliance requirements, without incurring liability.
By availing Online Pooja or Group Pooja services through the platform, users acknowledge and accept that AstroKavach's role is limited to enabling access and coordination through technology and that spiritual outcomes are subjective and dependent on individual belief and faith.
The AstroKavach Website, including all content, design, layout, software, text, graphics, data, reports, tools, and features made available on or through the Website, as well as any individual websites accessible through external hyperlinks, are the private property of SHIV SHAKTI ASTRO SERVICES LLP or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
All interactions on the Website, including the use of AI‑based features and any guidance or advice received from independent service providers, must strictly comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. Users agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or disrupt the functioning of the platform.
The User shall not post, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Website any material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, misleading, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. The User further agrees not to share any content that encourages conduct constituting a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability, or violates any applicable law or regulation.
AstroKavach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services, or to terminate a User's registration, if the User is found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in any prohibited conduct. In such cases, the User shall have no right to continue accessing the Website or Services.
The Website further reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or permanently remove any aspect or feature of the Website at any time, including but not limited to content, graphics, functionality, tools, offers, settings, or availability of services, without prior notice and without incurring liability.
Any information available on the Website other than guidance or advice received directly from independent service providers—including educational material, AI‑generated content, graphics, research references, articles, blogs, or incidental information—is provided for general informational purposes only. Such content should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
AstroKavach does not guarantee or assume responsibility for any medical, health‑related, legal, or financial advice that may be offered by third‑party service providers, including astrologers, through the platform. Users are strongly advised to consult appropriately qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or mental health matters. No content available on the Website represents or warrants that any treatment, remedy, product, or course of action is safe, appropriate, or effective for any individual. AstroKavach does not endorse any specific tests, medications, products, remedies, or procedures.
AstroKavach does not guarantee and shall not be responsible for any untoward incident, loss, dissatisfaction, or consequence that may occur to a User after availing Services through the Website. Neither the Website nor the service providers guarantee any specific result, outcome, or benefit from the Services, and access to and use of the Website and Services is undertaken entirely at the User's own risk.
Astrological consultations, whether AI‑based or provided by human service providers through AstroKavach, are intended solely for personal insight, guidance, and reflection. Such consultations do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice, and users are advised to seek appropriate professional services in those areas. AstroKavach bears no responsibility for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from reliance on astrological guidance.
Each service provider listed on the Website is solely responsible for their own predictions, opinions, advice, and conduct. AstroKavach does not claim ownership of, control over, or responsibility for the behaviour, statements, or services of service providers interacting with users through the platform.
By using the Website, application, or Services, the User expressly agrees that any legal remedy or liability arising from the actions or omissions of other users, service providers, or third parties linked with the Website shall be pursued only against the specific party responsible. The User agrees not to seek to impose liability on, or initiate any legal action against, AstroKavach in relation to such actions or omissions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service Providers listed on AstroKavach are independent third‑party service providers who offer astrology‑related services in their individual capacity. Such services may include predictions, guidance, consultations, spiritual practices, or facilitation of rituals such as poojas, havans, or other offerings. AstroKavach acts solely as an intermediary technology platform that enables Users to connect with Service Providers and does not own, manage, supervise, or control the services rendered by them.
Each Service Provider is solely responsible for the accuracy, reliability, quality, and appropriateness of the advice, predictions, opinions, or services provided by them. AstroKavach does not verify, endorse, influence, or guarantee the content, effectiveness, or outcomes of any advice, remedies, or services provided by Service Providers, nor does it interfere with or direct the professional judgment or methods used by them.
AstroKavach shall have access to user accounts and the information created, stored, or shared by the User on the Website for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the platform, maintaining service quality, facilitating service delivery, and addressing customer needs in an effective and timely manner. By using the Website and availing the Services, the User expressly consents to AstroKavach, its authorised employees, agents, and appointed representatives accessing the User's account strictly for such legitimate purposes.
Such access may include, without limitation, reviewing account activity, transaction records, communication logs, AI processing records, or consultation‑related data, where required for customer support, complaint resolution, fraud prevention, security monitoring, quality control, legal compliance, or investigation of suspected misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Any investigation carried out by AstroKavach shall be conducted on a case‑by‑case basis using records lawfully available to the Company.
The User acknowledges that access to account information by AstroKavach does not imply monitoring of private communications beyond what is reasonably required for the purposes stated above or as mandated by applicable law. Users are advised to refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding the nature of records maintained, data retention practices, and user rights in relation to personal information.
By accessing or using the AstroKavach Website or Services, the User acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the collection, processing, storage, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with AstroKavach's Privacy Policy, as published on the Website and updated from time to time. Such collection and use of data is undertaken in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable), and other relevant data protection laws in India.
AstroKavach takes reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and organisational measures to safeguard user data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, the User acknowledges that no system can be completely secure and that AstroKavach shall not be liable for unauthorised access, data breaches, or loss resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control, including user negligence, third‑party attacks, or external system failures.
The User expressly consents to, accepts, and agrees to be bound by the terms and contents of the Privacy Policy, including any amendments, updates, or modifications made thereto and displayed on the Website from time to time. Continued use of the Website or Services following any such update shall constitute the User's acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Every user of the AstroKavach platform, including registered members, customers, and service providers ("User"), is under an obligation to comply with this Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies, guidelines, and notices published on the Website from time to time. The User represents and warrants that they are acting in their individual capacity and not on behalf of any corporation, partnership, or other legal entity, unless expressly permitted by AstroKavach. The right to use the Website and its Services is personal to the User and is not transferable.
While using the Website, availing Services, or engaging in any form of communication—whether through chat, call, video, feedback, reviews, forums, AI interactions, or product listings—the User agrees not to violate these Terms or any applicable laws. Without limitation, the User shall not:
By becoming a registered member of the Website, the User further agrees and acknowledges that:
The User is under an obligation to report any misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms or platform policies. If the User becomes aware of any such violation, they must promptly report it to AstroKavach's customer support. Upon receiving a complaint, AstroKavach may investigate the matter and, if required, suspend or terminate the membership of the User responsible for the violation without any refund, subject to applicable law.
The User agrees to provide only genuine, fair, and honest feedback regarding service providers. False, misleading, fabricated, or malicious reviews or complaints may result in corrective action, including removal of feedback or termination of membership without refund. Any baseless or false complaint made with intent to harm a service provider may render the User liable for account termination.
AstroKavach strictly prohibits discrimination against service providers or users on the basis of race, religion, caste, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law. Discriminatory conduct, refusal of services on such grounds, harassment, or hate speech will not be tolerated.
Users are expected to engage with service providers respectfully and courteously. AstroKavach reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services, or to take legal action, against any User found to be abusive, unreasonable, harassing, or engaging in hate speech, illegal activities, or violations of community standards, regardless of the reason or context.
If a service provider behaves in a discourteous, abusive, or inappropriate manner, or violates applicable laws or platform policies, the User is required to report such incident to support@astrokavach.com within 48 hours. AstroKavach will take reasonable action in accordance with its internal policies.
While AstroKavach will make reasonable efforts to address violations of these obligations, repeated or serious violations may result in permanent suspension or banning of the User from transacting on the platform. Any wallet balance remaining at the time of such termination may be refunded after adjusting applicable charges or penalties, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
AstroKavach reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, change, or alter, either wholly or partially, any service, feature, offering, or user account registered on the Website, without prior notice and without assigning any reason, to the extent permitted by law.
Any violation of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or any other applicable policy of the Website shall result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's registration and access to Services. AstroKavach further reserves the right to initiate appropriate action, including legal action where necessary, in the following circumstances:
With respect to Service Providers, it is expressly clarified that their relationship with AstroKavach is limited to that of a registered member using the platform, and they act independently, on their own behalf and for their own benefit. AstroKavach does not assume responsibility for their conduct beyond platform facilitation.
Termination under this clause shall not affect AstroKavach's right to retain records as required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of rights, nor shall it prejudice any rights or remedies available to AstroKavach under law.
AstroKavach follows a strict refund and cancellation policy due to the nature of astrology, spiritual, AI‑based, and consultation services, which often involve immediate and irreversible processing.
No refund shall be processed for any astrology report, AI‑generated output, human consultation, online pooja, or service once the order has reached the "processing" stage, including assignment to a service provider, initiation of AI computation, scheduling of pooja, or commencement of consultation. The User acknowledges that placing an order hastily or without due care is done at their own risk.
Refunds shall not be provided once an astrological service has been processed and delivered. Any refund request must be raised within 24 hours of service completion, subject to review by AstroKavach's internal operations or quality audit team. AstroKavach reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the nature of the issue and compliance with these Terms. Where the User wishes to cancel a successfully placed order before execution, the User must contact customer support within one (1) hour of payment, after which cancellation or refund shall be entirely at AstroKavach's discretion.
No refund shall be granted for technical delays, system latency, or processing time involved in generating reports, AI outputs, or consultations, provided reasonable efforts are made to deliver services within indicative timelines. Timelines displayed on the Website are approximate and not guaranteed.
No refund shall be processed where incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information has been provided by the User. Users are advised to carefully verify all inputs before submission. Requests for correction of incorrect data may be considered only if raised within one (1) hour of service execution, subject to feasibility.
With respect to physical products (including gemstones or spiritual products), no refund shall be processed for damage occurring after delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders that are returned, the User shall bear the cost of the product, shipping, courier, customs duty (if applicable), and associated charges. Refunds for subscription delays or verified transit damage may be considered on a pro‑rata basis, and where approved, shall be processed within 10 business days.
Product images displayed on the Website are for representational purposes only. Variations in appearance shall not be grounds for refund.
No refund shall be processed where an incorrect contact number is provided by the User for the "Call with Service Provider" feature, or where the User fails to answer calls, remains unreachable, or is outside network coverage once the call is successfully initiated or connected.
All refunds, where approved, shall be processed after deduction of applicable transaction charges levied by banks or payment gateways, shipping or courier charges, customs duties, and any other processing costs incurred by AstroKavach, except in cases of duplicate payment.
In the event of payment gateway or server issues such as delays, failures, or session timeouts, the User must verify whether their bank account has been debited before initiating another transaction. Duplicate payments for the same order, if verified, shall be refunded in full without deduction, with AstroKavach retaining payment for only one valid order.
AstroKavach reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving non‑availability of services, pricing errors, operational issues, or regulatory concerns. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount shall be refunded accordingly.
By requesting a refund, the User expressly consents to AstroKavach's quality audit team accessing chat logs, call recordings, AI interaction logs, or consultation records solely for determining refund eligibility. Based on internal quality assessment, AstroKavach may issue partial or full refunds, which may take up to 72 hours to process.
Unless otherwise specified, all refunds shall be credited to the User's AstroKavach wallet.
Refunds will be considered only in limited circumstances, including:
No refund shall be granted for dissatisfaction arising from perceived lack of accuracy or effectiveness of any astrology consultation or AI‑generated output, as AstroKavach does not guarantee factual accuracy or outcomes of belief‑based services.
The User agrees and acknowledges that, where required for availing Services, processing payments, refunds, or wallet‑related transactions, the User may be required to provide valid banking or payment‑related information. In this regard, the User undertakes and agrees to comply with the following obligations.
The User agrees that any debit card, credit card, bank account, wallet, or other payment instrument details provided for the use of Services on the Website shall be true, correct, accurate, and complete. The User further undertakes that they shall not use any payment instrument that is not lawfully owned by them or for which they do not have valid authorisation from the lawful owner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroKavach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Website or Services, including unauthorised access, data alteration, service suspension, or termination. In no event shall AstroKavach's total liability exceed the amount paid by the User to the Website for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the relevant transaction period.
AstroKavach shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, pandemics, cyber‑attacks, power failures, telecommunications disruptions, or other force majeure events.
AstroKavach may assign, approve, or permit its independent service providers to use a display name, screen name, pseudonym, or professional name on the platform ("Display Name"). Such Display Name may differ from, and is not required to correspond with, the service provider's real, legal, or officially registered name.
