Return & Refund Policy

Conditions for Eligibility:

Items must not be damaged and should remain in their original, unused condition. Replacement items are subject to inspection by our team.

Products must be accompanied by:

• a) Original Product Certificate
• b) Original/Copy of Invoice
• c) Packaging and documentation
• d) Lab certificates

Note: Returns will not be accepted if any of the above-mentioned items are missing.

Important Notes:

1. Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
2. Canceled orders after paid certification will incur a deduction for certification costs.
3. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment Gateway charges are non-refundable.
5. Returns take 7-10 business days to process. Please allow additional time for bank processing.
6. Products must be returned within 5 days for a refund.
7. A proper unboxing video is required for every product's return. Requests without this video will not proceed.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law:

Any disputes shall be governed by the law and the courts in Rajasthan, India Jurisdiction.
