If possible, observe the fast; and if it is not possible, then at least have the Sattvik meals and avoid onion, garlic, or any tamasic food. Mangal Puja (Hanuman Ji Puja) Vidhi and Rituals

The most essential requirement is to chant Mangal mantras such as "ॐ अंगारकाय नमः” or “ॐ भौं भौमाय नमः” or any other as per the requirement of the individual’s Horoscope. Pandit Ji takes the oath in the “Shubh Muhurta” before the idols and recites the Mangal Mantras along with his fellow priests, citing the individual’s name, their father’s name, and their Gotra.

The other details required are the individual’s wish or Sankalpa from this Puja, and any other additional information. The priest will take all the details and start worshiping, considering the individual’s Sankalp. They will perform Mangal Homam (Havan) with various Puja Samagri or materials. At the end of the Puja, Pandit Ji will follow the process of “Sankalp Purti,” leading to the Puja completion.
